Lunch is Served: Summer Meals Every Weekday  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 12 -1pm  Wednesday, 1 - 2pm Activity Room Russell Library is a free Summer Meal site in Middletown,    serving lunch every weekday, July 5 - August 25, provided by the USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) through Community Renewal Team (CRT).
