ICYMI: Members of Congress Get Free CT Health Care

From gubernatorial candidate, Tim Herbst:

Jon Lender of the Hartford Courant went on WFSB Channel 3's 'Face the State' to discuss the information our campaign uncovered through a freedom of information (FOI) request that Connecticut, with a $19 billion unfunded health care liability, provides elected officials and many state workers better coverage than what current and former members of Congress receive.

The fact these kind of excessive perks have been allowed by insiders in Hartford to remain in place while struggling Connecticut families have been continually asked to sacrifice more is exactly why I'm running for Governor.

Thank you for your support.

Best,
Tim
