Where: · From The Home Depot Parking Lot, 1816
Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, Southington
(Next to Comfort Suites, 64 Knotter Dr., Cheshire), to the West
Hartford Town Hall.
The motorcade route will be as follows: From
the Home Depot, follow I-84 east to South Main St in West Hartford. Take exit
41 from I-84 east, turn left onto South Main Street and go to the West Hartford
Town Hall, 50 South Main Street.
This August 25-28th non-profit
organization Rear Area Support Foundation Inc. (RASF) and the Connecticut
Friends of Veterans, Inc. will Escort the Global War on Terror Wall of
Remembrance traveling memorial and set it up for display at West Hartford’s
Town Hall front lawn, 50 South Main Street, to honor all of our veterans, the
families of our fallen and those presently serving our nation.
The
Motorcyclists will assemble at the Home Depot Parking Lot, 1816
Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike – CT 322, Southington/Cheshire, CT 06489 at 9:00
a.m. on Thursday, August 25th. They will leave the parking lot at
10:30 a.m. and arrive at the West Hartford Town Hall front lawn at 11:00 a.m.
