Fred Carrol for Common Council, Realistic Balance Party

Hello Middletown Readers, I'm Fred Carroll and I'm running for a seat on the Middletown's Common Council on the Realistic Balance Party line; proceeding is a brief profile.
I was born in Queens, New York in 1953 within a one mile radius of two libraries, and a park which was chock full of chess tables and hand ball courts.

I would say that my political philosophy can be summed up by the line spoken by Cool Hand Luke,"Sometimes nothing is a pretty good hand." I have a gutter eye view of life in Middletown and"quality of life" issues would be my primary focus. I would presume to offer my own experience a la "Bums With Brooms" as a template for dealing with the ever growing problem of the irascible street life in Middletown.
"Give an (indigent)  man a broom and what he does or doesn't do with it, will tell you all you need to know about what to do with him."

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Fred Carroll
