Dear Middletown Insider:
Why are there problems with the new water bills using the new
software that was presented to the council where Mary Bartolotta asked the
question to Bill Oliver and Guy Russo :" Were they sure we are not going to have a
repeat of the other failed implementation of yet more software to run the water
department?"
Another $100,000.00 plus wasted with no accountability. Time
for another investigation of the water dept.
