THE FACTS:

Last year, Mayor Drew's budget raised taxes 3.8% tax increase for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.

This year if adopted, Mayor Drew's budget will raise taxes 3.3% for the 2013-2014 fiscal year.

Mayor Drew ran on the platform of lowering taxes.
