Then the argument shifted to a supposed “cooling-off” period for people who might buy a firearm in the heat of an angry moment, intending to do mischief with it. |

| For Thanksgiving, Michael Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety issues anti-gun talking points intended to be used to berate your family at the dinner table. At Christmas time, gun control Grinches pester children to turn-in their toy guns. As part of the crusade to ensure no holiday is spared their political commentary, this year the anti-gun scolds finally got around to meddling with Halloween. |

| Given that even other Western countries don’t share the U.S.’s strong support for natural rights, the foreign press and political classes tend to treat NRA even more harshly than do NRA’s domestic foes. Some have even taken to labeling those they don’t agree with, or unsavory political elements, as their country’s version of NRA. |

| Legislators and government officials have gone on record admitting that more or tougher gun control laws wouldn’t stop the high-profile massacres that always lead to the introductions of new gun control proposals. You need a new approach, one that utilizes the brightest minds and novel methods to deliver irrefutable proof that guns are bad from the hallowed halls of your Ivy League white tower. |

| Such anti-gun advocacy will almost certainly stir the ire of an already frustrated fan base who, as ratings indicate, want to keep politics out of sports. |
