Historically, “taking the knee” has been a sign of submission and
subservience to an overlord. To all those who do so in the presence of
the U.S. flag or the playing of the national anthem, I say: Consider to
whom you are offering your obeisance.
People who submit to government take a knee. People who are the government stand, honoring our nation, all the good she stands for, and all who fight to protect her and our freedom. By “taking the knee,” one submits to the leftist overlords and the tools they use to destroy our nation. This is a divide-and-conquer tactic.
We the People are smarter than to fall for the destructive antics of the left. We will continue to stand in the presence of our flag and our anthem, for we kneel only to God, America’s divine sponsor.
