In case you missed it, below is a link to watch Judicial Watch Southwest Project Coordinator Mark Spencer's appearance on "Special Report with Bret Baier" on the Fox News Channel on June 30, 2017, where Mark discussed illegal immigration, specifically S.B. 1070, which grants police discretion to determine the immigration status of someone arrested or detained when there is “reasonable suspicion” they are not in the U.S. legally and are connected to criminal activity.
