Re-Elect Art Linares
As you know, our campaign for re-election has begun.
Over the past two years, we have taken on the big spenders, as well as those who believe that temporary cuts are the way to deal with the budget up in Hartford. I stood up and voted against a budget that called for quick one time solutions, which would continue to be a burden on the citizens of our state.
My opponent is offering the same old Democrat party line that the solution to the issues of our state is to support the Governor at all cost. I know you agree this is not an answer.
I will not stop making the argument that in order to solve our fiscal problems, we need a real structural change to how we spend our tax dollars. We also need to put forth policies that promote a business friendly environment, so that those who create jobs have an opportunity to do so.
However, in order to continue our work, we need your help now to raise the needed funds to be competitive in November.
