American Legion Post 75 of Middletown gives the following update: "The Five Conflict Monument that was to be unveiled on Veteran’s Day, November 11th on Veterans Green in Middletown has been postponed because of a delivery issue to get it here in time. The Monument has been purchased, however it will not arrive in time to be included in the Veteran’s activities slated in Middletown that day.The new date for this Monument to be unveiled will now be scheduled for Memorial Day 2014."

Monday Nov. 11, Veterans; Day Ceremony 11 am Veterans' Green, Washington Street
Monday Nov. 11, Veterans; Day Ceremony 2 pm. State Veterans' Ceremony, Bow Lane
