Judge Rules in Third Party Ballot Case
Middlesex Superior Court Judge Julie Aurigemma has ruled that the City of Middletown is to put Realistic Balance candidates, who had
been removed from the ballot, back on. Candidates Fred Carrol & John Kilian were not removed, however all cross endorsed candidates were because of lack of signature. Stephen Smith, running solely on Realistic Balance, is also returned to the ballot. Judges across Connecticut had ruled similarilily, for example in case of Westport & East Haven third party candidates.
