Local pizza restaurants and hundreds of citizen diners participated in the second annual Middletown Pizza War Wednesday evening at Sons of Italy.. The charity event, was organized by Feed the People a Rocky Hill charity, raised $2,500 being donated to St. Vincent de Paul . This was the 2nd year the event was held. Mondo Pizza was declared the winner this year as they were in 2012. Carmine's of Durham was awarded 2nd prize. Voting was by the attendees
