CT Junkie newsblog is reporting on the verdict handed down from the State Supreme Court Tuesday allowing Republican candidates to take their rightful place on the top ballot line in the 2012 Election cycle:

Republican State Committee Chair Jerry Labriola stated in a press release he is "elated" at the news and elaborates on the ruling in the above article. The mistake goes back to 2010 and has finally been corrected by the courts.The verdict can be read here, click to enlarge below:
