JOYCE ROSSITTER      PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONER

Incumbent P&Z commissioner Joyce Rossitter is seeking a second term.  She is a long-time resident of Middletown and is active in the Wesleyan Hills Association.

For many years she was a teacher of ESL (English as a Second Language) in the Middletown Adult Education program teaching hundreds of students from all over the world who came to Middletown.   At that time, she was also on the board of the Greater Middletown League of Women Voters.
