In Hamden March 1: Sen. Logan hosts Opioid Addiction Awareness Forum

Sen. George S. Logan is hosting an Opioid Addiction Awareness Forum on Thursday, March 1 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hamden Middle School’s auditorium.
“This event is about coming together to fight this epidemic,” Sen. Logan said.  “It’s about preventing tragedies.  It’s about protecting our children. It’s about getting questions answered. The event is for everyone, not just Hamden residents. Tell a neighbor. Bring a friend.  Experts will be in attendance.  We’ve got to talk about this.  It affects all of our communities.”
Logan serves as Vice-Chair of the state legislature’s Public Health Committee.  He represents Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Bethany, Derby, Hamden, Naugatuck and Woodbridge.  He can be reached at George.Logan@cga.ct.gov and at 800-842-1421.  On the web: www.SenatorGeorgeLogan.com.
