Speaker Aresimowicz doesn’t believe in due process

HB 6663: An Act Limiting Police Officers

Not only does this bill violate the 14th amendment it makes it harder for police to do their jobs and puts us all danger. Speaker Joe Aresimowicz doesn’t believe in due process of the law and is directly attacking the men and women who put their lives on the line to save our own!

If this bill passes our safety is at risk!  Police officers who use force to arrest someone would be immediately suspended without pay. The Division of Criminal Justice will then determine if physical force was required.
