CCDL Monthly Meeting – June 14th CCDL holds its monthly general membership meeting at 7:00pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Elks Lodge in Middletown, CT.  All CCDL members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Rep Carter voted no on SB1160 in 2013 and voted no this year on governor Malloy's bill, HB5054, that strips rights away prior to being heard by a judge and without charges being filed against a person.
