Middletown- It has been announced by the Westfield Fire
Department officials, “That in lieu of the of the tragedy which occurred Friday
at Sandy Hooks Elementary School, the department and their supporters will be
collecting funds for the families that lost loved ones in the senseless
massacre which occurred to our neighboring town in Connecticut. We will be
collecting monies at our station the reminder of the day.”

Thanks to everyone involved we managed to raise just under 8,000.00 dollars from the generosity of the public to the terrible tragedy.
