July 1 Naturalization Ceremony at City Hall!

50 people from 30 countries will be naturalized in a ceremony at Middletown City Hall on Wednesday, July 1 at 1pm.  The Oath of Allegiance will be administered by the Honorable Stefan R. Underhill, U.S. District Court Judge for Connecticut. 

The public is invited to attend the ceremony and celebrate the new legal citizens of the United States! Welcome from the Insider staff & God Bless America!

50 To Become American Citizens Wednesday City Hall

On Wednesday july 3rd at 1 pm at City hall 50 people from 31 countries will take their oath to become citizens The people being naturalized as citizens are from the following countries: Albania, Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Ireland, Jamaica, Laos, Nepal, Nigeria, People’s Republic of China, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Syria, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.

The Middletown High School Choir will perform as well as various dignitaries on hand for the ceremony at City hall tomorrow to give remarks, including Senator Richard Blumenthal.
