Former State Rep. Jim O'Rourke Calls AARP promotion Sick!



On the night of January 21, 2009, O'Rourke was allegedly involved in events related tot he hypothermia death of a 41 year old Rocky Hill woman. (www.courant.com)  Although O'Rourke was not prosecuted for the woman's death, there is still a pending civl lawsuit against O'Rourke.

    Civil suit is closed. Once his side knew that the details would come out in a trial, he settled with the family. It is not alleged, he was involved in letting a woman freeze to death.
